Just a short note to say SAO has 3 new admin members of staff, who you all know (and love) and who rightfully deserve the status within the clan. These members are [SAO]Peter, [SAO]Frenz0rz and [SAO]Mac-Van
Heres a little bit about each new admin and why they are such great assets to the [SAO] Team...
Peter:
Peter has literally cemented [SAO] as the "king kings of left 4 dead". He has dedicated literally hundreds of hours putting together the Addon installer (which has had over 70,000 downloads!), the worms maps installer, and tirelessly worked to make a tool that will help the clan, promote us and represent us. He’s the silent support guy who everyone goes to when they have issues, queries or suggestions about the Addon Installer and server stuff, and has been there for us for years now both donating servers and building servers to test his wacky creations on.
Frenz0rz:
He has proved himself time and time again that he is a person of good judgement, character, hes VERY enthusiastic and passionate about [SAO] and us going further as a clan. He has written news articles for the site that has given us thousands of extra traffic visits to the site, and has been very helpful in moderating the vent, giving good feedback regarding the clan, and has generally been a shining example of how our members should be. He is also very interested in getting stuck in behind the scenes, both on the website and the running of things, so will will help give everyone a better community experience (epecially if you are a scotch or real ale fan).
Mac-Van:
Mac-van has like Peter put hundreds of hours into giving us the reputation we have as the badasses of left 4 dead, since left 4 dead 1 and through into left 4 dead 2 and beyond. He put us on the map in the first place and has kept us there ever since. Without him we wouldn't have been half as successful as we are, and hes helped us branch into other things such as minecraft and the likes.
Hes always been good to us in terms of server donation, modification, support, forum activity. hes always consistent, reliable, and Ive even called him on the phone to SOS the server when we’ve had problems in game, and hes been there in a flash. couldn't ask for more, in my opinion.
All in All:
We now have a better selection of admins with greater powers over making this an even better place. We've fresh ideas between us and so you guys can look forward to an (even more) awesome SAO experience in the near future :)
Id like to thank the 3 Admins for being such major parts of the community, and our members to join me in thanking them for helping us be such a friendly close knit community of gamers and friends as we are.
Cheers to the last few years of great gaming, he new friends and old, and cemented friendships that have came with it, and cheers to more years and the new friends to come!
