Thought I'd reply to this with my binds.
Here are my settings:

"rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0;cl_interp_ratio 0"

To vary lerp, change the value of cl_interp

Most servers limit lerp to 33.3, but on some a lerp of zero is allowed

Binding lerp to numpad 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 for the values of 0,16.6,25,33.3,40,50,66.7 and 100:

bind kp_ins "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_end "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.0166;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_downarrow "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.025;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_pgdn "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.0333;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_leftarrow "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.040;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_5 "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.050;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_rightarrow "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.0667;cl_interp_ratio 0"
bind kp_home "rate 30000;cl_updaterate 30;cl_cmdrate 30;cl_interp 0.1;cl_interp_ratio 0"

100 is the default value and is usually crap
I tend to use 0 when playing as a survivor and 33.3 or 40 for playing as infected
33.3 is probably the best value to use but if commons seem a bit laggy and jumpy, use a higher value if it bothers you

Hope this helps
